Asset Selection
Authenticate and log in via canva into your secured CM Box repository and add assets direct from CM Box into Canva editor platform, toggle the Assets Selection interface providing views from large cards, to a table list of metadata to a masonry display of asset for quickly scrolling through a large library of visual digital content.
Filtering by asset Type & Metadata
If you need a more advanced filtering solution to the standard search field - toggle on the Filter Panel. This allows you to then more easily filter by asset types, query for content across targeted metadata fields or by asset status locating published and prepared content by your digital design team to then be pushed into Canva.
Browsing by Grouped content
Whether you are searching for assets you own, that have been shared with you or that you have marked as favourites you can toggle on the Group Panel which will enable you to access content within a folder, or part of a collection, tagged or contained within one of more taxonomy categories.
Syncing Content from Canva back to CM Box
We are working on the ability to add support to allow users to share assets back to CM Box repository as new content as well as enabling auto pulling of newly saved contents for mapping to your email templates or marketing sites.
